On Monday, May 8th, Governor Wentworth Regional School Board members and Administrators joined with representatives from Farmington, Middleton, and Moultonborough to enjoy a superb meal presented by the students of the LRTC Culinary Arts students in the Skylight Dining Room. The meal featured a strawberry wild green salad, seared haddock on a bed of roasted brussel sprouts, a sorbet, and seared beef tenderloin topped with roasted potato rings. A delicious strawberry and blueberry cream filled cinnamon coated tortilla bowl followed the main meal. Congratulations to the students and Chef Brideau for a fabulous experience!
