Joint Boards Enjoy A Culinary Arts Experience

On Monday, May 6th, Governor Wentworth Regional School Board members and Administrators joined with representatives from Alton and Barnstead, Farmington, Middleton, and Moultonborough to enjoy a meal presented by the students of the LRTC Culinary Arts program in the Skylight Dining Room. The meal featured a fresh wild spring green salad with lemon-tahini dressing, roast pork loin on a bed of saffron risotto, drizzled with a berry reduction sauce, and accompanied by blistered on the vine campari tomatoes. The vegetarian option was spinach and ricotta ravioli with a pesto cream sauce. A delicious lemon berry trifle followed the main meal. Congratulations to the students and Chef Cahill for a fabulous experience!
